Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, media, or public relations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, content management systems, analytics tools
Strong writing and editing skills; familiarity with Canadian Press Style is an asset
Experience producing content for print, digital, and multimedia platforms
Self-starter; able to work with minimal guidance while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
A clear Police Information Check and an Intervention Record Check are required prior to commencement and as requested
This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for work-related purposes. Candidates must show proof of a class 5 Alberta driver's license, a personal vehicle, and a clean 3-year drivers abstract. Candidates must also agree to maintain $2 million liability insurance on their personal vehicle, and consent to the possibility of an annual driver's abstract review to meet our insurance provider’s requirements. Mileage will be reimbursed in alignment with the CRA guidelines and CTH policy

The pay range for this role is:
60,000 - 62,000 CAD per year (Calgary & Area)
