Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital content creation, social media management, or a similar role
Demonstrated strength in photography, videography, and digital content production
Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging, audience-focused content
Experience supporting marketing campaigns or working with admissions/recruitment functions considered an asset
Familiarity with paid advertising and media buying considered an asset
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Hootsuite, and website platforms (e.g., Squarespace)
Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS to support website updates
Experience with AI-powered editing tools and generative AI for content creation considered a strong asset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

WORKING REQUIREMENTS
This is an on-site role requiring presence on campus five days per week and meaningful engagement in our collaborative school community.
WHAT WE OFFER
The target hiring range for this position is $72,000 - $88,000 annually. Placement within the range is determined by job-related skills, experience and education.
