About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative leader to define our brand’s voice and bring it to life across every channel. As VP, Creative Strategy, you’ll own the creative vision, how we look, sound and tell our story and ensure our brand narrative flows seamlessly from TV to TikTok to billboards.
You’ll partner closely with the VP of Brand Marketing and our User Acquisition team to translate business and brand strategy into bold, original creative ideas that drive awareness, emotion, conversations, and growth. You’ll also build and lead our in-house creative studio, setting the foundation for a modern, efficient, high-performing team.

What you'll do:
- Develop creative concepts by deeply understanding target audience segments, tailoring messages that resonate emotionally and culturally to maximize relevance and engagement.
- Strategically optimize each creative concept for the appropriate marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging across all touch points, from large campaigns to fast-turn social content.
- Oversee the entire creative process, including briefs, ideation, concept development, and execution.
- Present creative concepts to leadership, securing alignment on vision and strategic intent.
- Lead an in-house studio comprising designers, copywriters, and video editors.
