Job Requirements
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience managing B2B events and tradeshows.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel (up to 30%) and work flexible hours during events.
Proficiency with event management software and CRM tools (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Experience with budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
