What You Bring
Core Experience
5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
Experience in financial services technology or selling to enterprise buyers is a strong plus
Technical Skills
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot - admin experience is a plus
Comfort working with data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Content creation, editing, and management capabilities
Strategic Mindset
A strategic thinker with the ability to independently create and execute end-to-end solutions and process improvements
You stay composed when campaigns underperform, learning from setbacks and quickly pivoting to new approaches
Exceptional time management skills and acute attention to detail—you follow through without reminders and hold yourself accountable for results
The ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling customer-facing narratives
Collaborative & Growth-Oriented
You thrive in change, adjusting your marketing approach based on feedback and helping teammates navigate shifting priorities
A continuous learner who actively seeks out new marketing trends, tools, and techniques—and applies them immediately

Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
The expected salary range for this role is $105,000 to $120,000 USD for US-based candidates and $105,000 to $120,000 CAD for Canada-based candidates.
