Job Description

Software Product Marketing Associate Specialist

 

Reporting to the Manager of Software Marketing and Sales Training, you will have the opportunity to manage the entire Product Life Cycle of our Software products. Your expertise in software marketing strategies will play a crucial role in launching and positioning our products competitively in the market. With your knowledge of Adobe Suite and marketing automation tools, you will develop compelling marketing content, analyze data, and provide training to our sales team.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor strategic marketing programs for the software portfolio
  • Deliver 'train the trainer' materials to technical pre-sales staff
  • Maintain consistent contact with various sales channels
  • Plan and develop software-related customer events (virtual and in-person)
  • Create and maintain high impact communication pieces regarding the software portfolio
  • Support sales representatives and vendors by responding to inquiries
  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate sales performance indicators
  • Create and maintain website content related to the software marketing portfolio
  • Partner and liaise with Software Vendors and Canon Group Company counterparts to support business development, training, product launches, and marketing initiatives
 
Job Requirements
Qualifications
To Succeed, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
Minimum 2 years of related work experience in Product Marketing
Strong project and process management skills to lead projects across various business units
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent analytical skills to generate reports and analyze data for recommendations
Knowledge of Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and Formulas in Excel
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience in hosting and delivering online and in-person events
French language skills considered an asset
