SENIOR EXPERTISE KEY ACTIONS
Manage 1-2 direct reports
Problem-solve medium-large size client issues with minimal support
Service + build strong relationships with larger accounts as assigned
Take initiative to build and foster ongoing open communication with your Team Lead, CEO and COO
Demonstrate a holistic view of the company with keen attention to the development and implementation of ideas for growth and extraordinary success
Project manage and coordinate across teams, as needed, on different accounts
Foster and create a safe and positive environment of collaboration where team members can express their ideas and work together to succeed on projects
Lead meetings, prepare and present meeting agendas and conduct meeting wrap-ups and follow-ups
Step up and take on the overall accountability for project success
Take initiative to expand your existing knowledge base beyond the scope of essential knowledge for your role
Develop and implement advanced marketing strategies and role expertise
Provide support/coaching on small tasks/issues for the department team members as needed or as called upon by the Team Lead, CEO or COO (For example, assist with the onboarding training of New Hires)
Assist the sales teams with meetings/numbers as needed or called upon by the Sales Team or Team Lead
Lead 3-4 key initiatives per year (OPSPs) (For example: assist the sales team with the creation of new services)
Requirements for the role
Must have 2 years of Agency Experience or 3-5 years of Freelance experience
Marketing graduate or relevant experience
Familiar with the top social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube)
Experience in design and content creation
Experience filming and editing iPhone content
Experience with scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Later, Soho)
Experience with Canva, or Adobe Products
Easily learns new software (Reporting, tracking etc)
Proficient in an Apple and Google Drive environment

iPhone Filming & Editing: Strong experience in filming and editing iPhone content for social media.
Project Management: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and production schedules efficiently, including coordinating with creative teams for content production.
Community Engagement: Ability to foster and manage positive online communities, engage effectively with audiences, and handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
Data Analysis & Optimization: Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor performance, derive insights, and optimize strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
Paid Social Advertising Knowledge: General understanding of social media ad platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and the benefits of paid campaigns, with the ability to integrate paid strategies thoughtfully alongside organic efforts to enhance overall performance and maximize ROI.
Client Relationship Management: Strong communication skills to maintain proactive client relationships, manage expectations, present reports, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
Trend Awareness & Innovation: Knowledge of the latest trends, platform updates, and emerging social media technologies, with a readiness to experiment with new formats.
Attention to Detail: Sharp eye for maintaining brand consistency, content quality, and accuracy across all deliverables.
Adaptability & Flexibility: Quickly adapting to changing needs, platforms, and trends within a fast-paced digital environment.
Time Management & Prioritization: Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
