We are currently looking for a skilled and strategic Senior Manager of Growth Marketing who has a passion for media, music, sports, and entertainment and who thrives in a proactive, collaborative environment. You will play a key role in overseeing SiriusXM Canada's growth marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and performance across various acquisition and owned channels.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing performance media campaigns, App store optimization campaigns, Search Engine Marketing and Affiliate programs. The role will also oversee SiriusXM Canada’s paid social media strategy to drive active consideration with growth audiences and grow loyalty within core audiences.

Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and execute the management of performance based digital campaigns.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance targets that align with corporate OKRS.
- Test, iterate, and optimize creative, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximize engagement, conversion, and overall performance across platforms.
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPT, CPD etc.)
- Build and implement reporting systems to provide actionable insights, with a focus on scalability and cross-channel performance visibility.
- Create standardized playbooks for campaign execution, testing, and optimization.
- Partner with acquisition teams to develop and execute a holistic performance marketing strategy, focusing on acquiring and retaining customers.
- Oversee agency relationships to ensure delivery of monthly targets and acquisition OKRs.
What you'll need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or New Media
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 7+ years of digital media planning and buying experience.
- Hands-on platform experience in DV360, TTD, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads
- Experience leveraging a diverse range of digital channels (paid and organic) to achieve acquisition and retention goals.
- Experience in Datorama, TapClicks and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Zoom, Slack. monday.com (or other project management applications).
- Strong knowledge of social publishing tools (i.e. Hootsuite), measurement tools (i.e. Kochava and Branch) or social listening services (i.e. Sprout, Meltwater etc.)
- Minimum 3 years people-management experience.
- Experience working with agency and publisher partners as well as key business stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience leading strategic planning, performance analysis, and performance team management driving continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing function.
- Experience managing large budgets across a variety of channels.
- Strong technical and marketing knowledge, including an understanding of advertising and media analysis, segmentation techniques, digital acquisition, and agency processes.
- Experience working collaboratively to manage and execute creative and content deliverables.
