SUMMARY
Your daily challenge is to continue growing KO Media's business in the Toronto and Ontario market. You act as an ambassador for the company with media agencies and direct advertisers in the Ontario market. This position is strategic for the company's growth in markets outside Quebec.
You work with a range of publications, including ELLE Canada, ELLE Québec, ELLE Décoration, VÉRO, Josée di Stasio and K pour Katrine, L'actualité and Les Radieuses.
You work remotly from Toronto with regular travel to clients and agencies. You also have access to a multitude of benefits including a summer schedule and a paid day off on your birthday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of non-endemic and institutional clients through agencies and direct clients
• Prospect non-traditional advertisers, including the government sector;
• Develop commercial approaches tailored to the needs of institutional clients;
• Identify opportunities in non-endemic sectors (finance, automotive, technology, etc.);
• Develop a portfolio of SME clients in the Toronto area, in a highly competitive environment; • Provide personalized service;
• Build client loyalty through regular and proactive follow-up.
Representation of French-language titles with agencies
• Position KO Media's French-language publications with Toronto agencies;
• Develop sales arguments tailored to pan-Canadian campaigns.
Development of sponsorships and special projects
• Identify sponsorship and strategic partnership opportunities with direct clients;
• Develop sponsorship proposals tailored to the Ontario market. Revenue development
• Establish and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets;
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients;
• Ensure follow-up on proposals and ongoing mandates.
PROFILE
• University degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field, or equivalent significant experience;
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in media sales or digital advertising; print sales an asset;
• Demonstrated experience in the Ontario market and knowledge of Toronto media agencies; • Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem;
• Perfect command of English, both written and spoken;
• French-English bilingualism (an asset); • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management; • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
• Strong persuasion skills and results orientation;
• Autonomy, initiative and ability to work under pressure;
• Team spirit, positive attitude and great curiosity;
• Ability to analyze data and produce reports;
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
