As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Single-Family and Multi-Family divisions. You aren't afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done.

A day in the life of a Marketing Coordinator: 

  • Ensure brand consistency by maintaining well-stocked presentation centres, keeping signage in good condition, and ensuring sales centre technology is current and functioning.
  • Fulfill weekly sales requests for marketing collateral.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date content across web and digital platforms.
  • Maintain onsite and directional signage as needed.
  • Ensure sales and presentation centre displays (model boards, touchscreens, interior signage) are current, and assist Marketing Leads with new centre setup, ongoing upkeep and decommissions.
  • Maintain clear communication with the Marketing Director, Marketing Leads, and Sales Managers—supporting them with updated collateral and sales tools.
  • Work with developer partners to ensure all project information is current and accurate online and onsite.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing sales-related events at the sales centre or in the community.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis for each project.
  • Process vendor and partner invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with fellow marketing team members to maximize resources and contribute to a dynamic, fun work environment.
  • Maintain administrative documentation as required.
Job Requirements
What you will bring to the table:
1–3 years of experience in marketing (experience in new home or land development is considered an asset).
Post-secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to follow through effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is an asset.
