Job Requirements
Experience and Educational Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, event management, social media and digital marketing
• Content management, project management, and photography/videography experience are assets
Technical Requirements:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• HubSpot knowledge or experience an asset
• Excellent creative writing and editing skills
Non-Technical Requirements:
• Strong passion and motivation for all facets of marketing with a proactive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable representing the company at events and in public settings
• Strong planning and organization skills with high attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional decision-making capabilities demonstrating resourcefulness and confidence
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners/suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
• Demonstrate a positive and fun attitude with enthusiasm and assertiveness
• High level of professionalism, confidence, creativity, initiative, and commitment to success
