Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for the management and day to day operations of marketing technology, communication automation strategy, specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and communications (SMS, Email, Web) that are sent to various audiences. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud whiz, you know what it takes to create a great digital customer experience and deliver that experience. You enjoy problem solving and working on both simple and complex challenges. The position works with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts, drive growth and help build a better experience for our customers.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud standard methodologies and functionality including Email studio, Mobile Studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Audience Builder and core Integration configuration in a multi-org environment.
• Work with marketing, sales & servicing, and analytics to design and implement new and improve customer experiences,
• Build integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and third-party platforms, using APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize workflows and email templates.
• Ensure overall success of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage requirements and solution implementation
• Identify, manage, and track key dependencies, issues, and risks
• Design and execute customer journey strategies based on behavioral and data insights.
• Build and execute stand-alone email deployments, automated email journeys, and comprehensive campaigns.
• Test and QA marketing programs to ensure flawless execution and continuous improvement.
• Optimize email deliverability while working to minimize unsubscribes.
• Collaborate with analytics team to analyze insights and improve campaign performance.
• Use data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
• Work with analytics to measure, segment, and optimize workflows to enhance engagement, efficiency, and scalability.
