Develop and own the overall influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business and performance marketing objectives.
Identify and secure high-impact influencer partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Lead high-value negotiations with influencers and agencies to optimize investment and contract terms.
Establish frameworks for influencer selection, performance evaluation, and optimization.
Mentor and develop a high-performing influencer marketing team, providing coaching and strategic guidance.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams (paid media, CRM, content, analytics) to integrate influencer marketing into multi-channel campaigns.
Implement A/B testing and experimentation to optimize influencer impact and campaign effectiveness.
Scale product seeding and ambassador programs to maximize organic influencer engagement.
Data & Performance Analysis:
Own influencer marketing KPIs, leveraging data insights to optimize spend, partnerships, and overall campaign performance.
Develop advanced reporting frameworks to track attribution, CAC impact, and LTV contributions of influencer marketing.
Present performance findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating clear business impact.
Industry Expertise & Innovation:
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and new opportunities in influencer marketing.
Drive innovation by testing new platforms, content formats, and influencer engagement strategies.
