What You Offer / Qualifications
10+ years of experience in communications and PR
Experience in the B2B sector
Agency experience a must
Deep expertise across PR, media relations, influencer, and organic social β you can do the work, teach the work, and raise the bar on the work
Experience managing a P&L and owning the operational health of a team or practice
Strong media relationships and a track record of earning meaningful coverage in trade, business, and tech press for B2B clients
Proven ability to develop and execute B2B influencer programs, including analysts, industry thought leaders, and emerging creator channels (podcasts, Substacks, LinkedIn)
Experience developing organic social strategy as part of an integrated communications program
Demonstrated success managing and growing enterprise B2B client accounts
Track record of tying communications strategy to measurable business outcomes β brand awareness, share of voice, pipeline influence, and revenue
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex B2B narratives into compelling stories
Familiarity with AI tools and how they're reshaping media targeting, content creation, and measurement
Willingness to travel to visit clients on an as-needed basis

Work Environment Requirements
As a remote-first company, youβll have the ability to work from your home office. For some positions, as posted, we will accommodate global opportunities where we have established businesses, including Canada, Mexico, and the UK. For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country.
This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
