About You
We're seeking a hands-on marketing leader to drive Metadata.io's next growth phase. This role offers the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy while connecting with our community of Marketing Directors, VPs, and CMOs.
You'll lead initiatives across product marketing, demand generation, and brand development, contributing to both our company's growth and the broader marketing technology community.
A Day in the Life of the Marketing Leader
Product Marketing
- Craft the Metadata.io Unique Value Proposition - why do our customers love us, how are we different from the alternatives.
- Champion the voice of the customer by deeply understanding our audience of B2B marketers.
- Drive the creation of compelling content across channels, including blogs, webinars, videos, and social media, to attract and engage our ICP.
- The Brand Ambassador, representing Metadata.io at industry events, speaking engagements, and through personal branding initiatives.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Lead the development of multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and maximize ROI.
- Leverage data-driven insights to fine-tune marketing efforts, focusing on sourcing pipeline and optimizing CAC.
Brand & Marketing Communications
- Build a compelling and consistent brand narrative across all channels, establishing Metadata.io as a thought leader in digital advertising.
- Create engaging content, including blogs, webinars, videos, and social media, that connects with our audience and elevates our brand.
Event Strategy
- Collaborate with teams to maximize event impact, ensuring alignment with broader marketing, customer, and sales goals.
- Set our participation in industry events and establish a presence where it makes the most sense.
Performance Metrics and Budget Management
- Set and allocate the Marketing budget and targets across all initiatives.
- Report on the Marketing pipeline, conversion, and velocity metrics.
- Run the Marketing team and ensure proper resource allocation and execution.
