Salary Range:$55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Machobear Studios is an established tech start-up based in Vancouver. We are the creators of liv.rent, an all-in-one platform that connects tenants with landlords. In addition to developing and maintaining our platform, we work on a variety of exciting projects for our clients within the real estate and food industries, providing innovative tech and marketing solutions that meet their unique needs.

We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer join our dynamic design team. In this role, you’ll coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to bring creative designs to life!  


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design graphic elements for a variety of formats, including digital, mobile, and print
  • Support branding initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Create visual content for our product blog (www.liv.rent/blog) and client blogs
  • Design assets for web and offline use, including online banners, display ads, product landing pages, billboards, and signage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients to define project scope and objectives
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices
  • Explore and incorporate AI tools to enhance and streamline design workflows
Job Requirements
What You Bring Us

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
Strong understanding of graphic design principles and typography
Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
An understanding of the design process from concept development, storyboarding, to project completion
Ability to adapt to different branding guidelines
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills
Understanding of design principles and a knack for incorporating design thinking and user experience considerations
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Illustration experience is an asset
