We are recruiting for an experienced Graphic Design Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be based in our corporate head office – Burnaby BC. This is an on-site position. 

Job Overview:

This position supports the Graphic Design Manager with the execution of various design requirements for marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives in both corporate and dental clinic marketing. The Graphic Design Specialist supports the development of engaging and creative visual content for various print and digital marketing campaigns for corporate and clinic marketing needs. In addition, the role is also responsible for upholding the brand standards of 123Dentist and our clinic brands. The Graphic Design Specialist supports the growth and success of our corporate objectives as a social media champion and ambassador for the 123Dentist brand.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Execute all design needs for both corporate & clinic marketing, with a focus on creating visually engaging assets that drive patient acquisition and retention.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop high-impact visual content for campaigns, including Meta Ad campaigns, digital ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and website graphics, with a focus on driving new patients.
3. Design and produce visually compelling and impactful presentations and sales collateral for both internal and external audiences, leveraging a deep understanding of advertising design principles
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet or exceed expectations and deadlines.
5. Assist in maintaining the digital asset management system to ensure all design files are well-organized and easily accessible for marketing initiatives, allowing for quick, on-brand execution of future projects.
6. Comply with all policies and procedures, ensuring that all design work aligns with advertising best practices and overall business goals of lead conversation as well as our branding standards and patient-first approach.
7. Stay updated on design industry trends, techniques, and tools to ensure designs remain fresh, innovative, and competitive in order to work with the marketing team to incorporate insights that improve both design efficiency and lead conversion.
