What You’ll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for someone who:
Can work hybrid from our Toronto office (1 day per week).
Has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Web Development (or similar education).
Your experience should include some or all of the following:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, along with .NET and C# / XML / JSON or equivalent DXP systems (Optimizely, Adobe, Sitecore, Wordpress, Drupal, etc).
Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
Version Control Software & Tools (Git, GitHub, GitKraken preferred).
Google Tag Manager.
WCAG guidelines and web accessibility best practices.
Creative & wireframing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc)
Analytics and Optimization tools (Google Analytics, Siteimprove, etc).
Working with key stakeholders across teams/departments to define technical requirements and successfully launch projects on time.
Cross-browser testing and cross-platform compatibility, including experience with QA & testing tools (Browser Stack, etc).
Developing a responsive, mobile-first user experience.
Quick mastery of existing applications and their maintenance, as well as recommend ways to continually improve.
The ability to clearly communicate technical details and collaborate well with non-technical staff to understand business needs and project requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot code.
Be up-to-date with latest trends, techniques, best-practices and technologies.
