Job Requirements
What you bring:
4-6 years of experience in digital campaign planning, execution, and reporting
Brand marketing with a focus in digital and/or digital marketing agency background preferred with experience in retail as a bonus
Strategy experience developing and implementing new personalized, targeted communications (preferably in owned channels: email and text)
Experience in mapping customer journeys to support business goals across all digital channels: paid and owned channels, with mass and personalized targeting
Experience managing email, text and website content calendars, asset creation, reviews, and execution (with supporting agencies)
Ability to form recommendations based on analyzing data from various sources and touchpoints
A passion for digital marketing and pushing for the best customer experiences and content
Ability to navigate complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders with a true team mentality
Strong budget management and project management skills
