Job Requirements
What you bring to the table:
A university degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field and a minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience writing content
You’re a critical thinker and data-driven
You’re a first-rate copywriter and editor – able to translate complex information to diverse audiences while meeting accessibility standards
You’re skilled at SEO, with experience using tools to research and analyze performance (ie Google Search Console, SEMRush, or similar)
Familiarity with UX and Content Design best practice with experience writing microcopy for transactional apps, (Experience with Figma is a plus.)
You’ve worked with a CMS and are a fast learner when it comes to using new software
You thrive in a collaborative and agile team environment (Jira experience is an asset)
You’re customer-focused and love working with a team
A desire to learn, grow and expand your skills
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
Insurance industry knowledge and experience is an asset
This is an 18 month contract role.

Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
