As a Digital Account Manager, you will be part of the Atelier La Presse team, responsible for offering advertisers the best and most effective solutions for reaching their customers.

Reporting to the Ad Operations Team Lead in Toronto, you will be paired with sales Account Executive(s) and will be responsible for cultivating positive business relationships with advertisers, both through agencies and client direct.

Your challenges

  • Providing guidance and support as the main point of contact to clients throughout the ad campaigns’ lifecycle
  • Responding promptly to an advertiser’s inquiry
  • Campaign management from order entry to post campaign reporting
  • Sharing specs and best practices for campaigns running across the La Presse ecosystem (web, mobile and tablet)
  • Working with our Trafficking team and Production teams in MTL
  • Having ownership of The Toronto Team Sales Drive – including our One Drive/Sharepoint – maintaining and refreshing the content as needed

 

Your qualifications

  • Holds a university or college graduate (Business or Communications preferred).
  • Possessing a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in marketing or Advertising.
  • Having the ability to manage multiple projects at a time with strict attention to details.
  • Is able to work well under strict deadlines.
  • Having knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Having experience with ad servers (preferred).
  • Possesses knowledge of traditional and online advertising.
  • Having previous experience in advertising, preferably online advertising.
  • Is organized, proactive, responsible, works well under pressure, has keen attention to detail and is committed to quality.
  • Is solution oriented and having a can-do attitude.
  • Being bilingual (French and English) is preferred.
