Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in marketing, communications, arts or related field preferred.
1-3 years creating and managing significant social communities is an asset.
Experience managing brand accounts across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Confident analyzing content performance using platform analytics and reporting tools, identifying insights to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Social savvy and advanced understanding of the impact of social media.
Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and strong skills in Canva to create graphics for engaging posts, edit and enhance posts, and create reels is a strongly desired asset.
Photography and videographer experience considered a strong asset.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging tailored to various audiences and platforms.
A portfolio showcasing content samples, design work, and written posts may be requested.
CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES REQUIREMENTS
Ability to obtain a valid GPEB registration
Ability to complete all BCLC required trainings
Serving it Right Certification
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift, handle, and transport materials that are over 20lbs
Required to sit, stand and walk during working hours
