Job Description
We are on the lookout for a passionate Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at ProShop ERP! In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our content strategy and developing engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience. As a Content Marketer Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and distributing compelling content to generate leads, engage customers, and enhance our brand visibility. You will work closely with product marketing, sales, and design to develop high-impact content that speaks to our core audience and drives conversion. 
Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our brand vision and business goals. 
  • Content Creation: Produce a variety of content types, including blog posts, articles, social media content, sales enablement resources and case studies that highlight the benefits of ProShop ERP’s products.
  • SEO Optimization: Develop content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content platforms, ensuring alignment with ProShop ERP’s brand and identity.
  • Engagement & Distribution: Plan and execute content distribution strategies across multiple channels, including email, social media, and our website to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve future content initiatives.
  • Campaign Collaboration:  Collaborate with the marketing team to support integrated campaigns, product launches, and promotional efforts. 
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences to inform content development and positioning.

 
Job Requirements
Must be based in Canada
5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on SaaS
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a knack for creating compelling content
Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive approach to tackling challenges
Proficiency with Google Workspace and content management systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

Salary Range: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.

Canada: $69,600 - $97,000 annually
