Job Description
A bit about the role

We are looking for a Media Operations Associate with experience and a strong interest in paid social to support the execution of campaigns. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring campaigns are set up accurately and delivered on schedule across digital platforms while collaborating closely with internal teams to drive strong performance and measurable results. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the setup, QA, activation, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across digital platforms, mainly in paid social.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, pacing, and delivery to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Configuring campaign tracking including pixels and conversion events to ensure accurate measurement.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and contribute insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborating with Client Service, Strategy, and Media teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintaining working knowledge of media platforms, tools, and best practices to support effective campaign execution.
  • Assisting with budget pacing, reporting accuracy, and validation of media spend.
 
Job Requirements
What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on paid social preferred.
Strong curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new platforms, tools, and media trends.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in campaign setup, pacing, and reporting.
Clear communication skills with the ability to share insights and campaign updates with internal teams.
Relevant media platform certifications, such as Meta Blueprint or similar digital media credentials.
Experience with research and measurement tools (i.e., MTM, Arima, Google Analytics, etc.).
Knowledge of Media Ocean or similar product(s) considered an asset.
