Salary: $78,295 to $97,868

You are a video content specialist looking for your next growth opportunity and want to work on an exciting initiative for a reputable organization. You love researching, writing and producing digital video content focusing on context and solutions. You bring significant experience reporting on health and/or science issues, as well as an expert familiarity with digital and end-to-end vertical video storytelling. Your work will help grow one of the fastest growing health information channels in Canada.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating videos for Healthcare For Real, a CMA initiative that aims to demystify Canada’s health care system through accessible online content.

You Have:
- Supported media projects, with the work required to inform strategic and editorial planning
- Driven ongoing content shaping, both within an immediate team as well as in collaboration with partners
- Led writing and strategic research for all elements of a project, going beyond just text-based work into video, social-first, audience-centered content
- An understanding of a diverse, young demographic, specifically their taste for emerging health topics and new storytelling techniques
- Experience and confidence communicating on camera
- A network of health care system contacts you leverage, when generating original story ideas focused on high quality, accuracy and integrity
- Deep experience with video editing tools and techniques

The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
