What We’re Looking For
The Video Producer/Editor will work as part of the creative services team to bring to life a variety of creative video projects. From organizing large-scale productions using outside vendors to picking up a camera and shooting and editing, you should be a born storyteller, organized, flexible, and driven to push quality within tight budgets.
Collaborate closely with creative stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of video content.
Shoot and edit video and sound projects, including formatting for final output, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
Develop production schedules and reserve and rent equipment Possess technical skills in video, audio, and post-production.
Familiarity with professional cameras, preproduction/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, storyboarding and photography.
Post-production entails digital video editing, basic 2D motion graphics, and video compression for multiple delivery platforms.
Operating a camera and using editing software such as Final Cut Pro 7, Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere, Professionalism and tact.
Demonstrated understanding of our brand mission, vision, values, and character
Collaboration on agency activities/working groups Leadership in training opportunities and mentorships to improve skills and increase understanding of the industry.
Who We're Looking for in a Nutshell:
1-2 years of experience in a video production role with a strong reel showcasing your work.
