What is DraftLine? 

Draftline YYZ (Toronto) is Labatt’s in-house creative agency and part of the DraftLine family across the world with offices in New York, Buenos Aires, London to name a few. Labatt Canada is the proud brewer of Budweiser, Bud Light, Goose Island, Alexander Keith, Corona, Stella Artois, etc. DratfLine is a first of its kind in-house creative engine powered by data & technology moving at the speed of popular culture. DraftLine will also leverage consumer data and marketing technology to measure media and content performance in real time and ultimately personalize consumer digital experience at scale.

DraftLine is looking for a video editor to work in our post production unit across multiple brands channels via audiovisual and digital pieces. We’re looking for a candidate adept at media management and post workflow within Adobe Creative Suite. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to take ownership of their work and demonstrate strong abilities to communicate and work effectively with multiple projects at once. 

  • Working with producers/production supervisor to define project scope and timeline
  • Working with Art Directors to develop artistic approach & style
  • Working with production supervisor in proper media management and project archival
  • Manage project workload and time management for revisions and approvals
  • Present edits to Art Director/CD and brands for approval
  • Working on and with 2D animations
 
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications

3+ Years Relevant Experience
2D Animation Skills
Proficient in Adobe Premiere
Proficient in Adobe After Effects
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Good communication skills
Good time management skills and able to work in fast paced environment
3D Animation experience is an asset
