Overview

Come join the Intuit Consumer Group (CG) as the Senior Product Marketing Manager for our TurboTax Online product. This role is part of the CG marketing team that is responsible for the overall go-to-market strategy and leading the organization to ensure we deliver on growth and revenue commitments.
This is a critical role for the CG business, leading the overall go-to-market strategy for our online portfolio of DIY products. The successful candidate would develop a deep understanding of the customer, the competitive landscape and our offerings to create a strategy for driving adoption of our DIY tax filing services and supporting amazing end-to-end experiences to delight Canadian tax filers.
This role is ideal for someone who views experiences holistically through a customer-centric lens, is growth and data-driven, digitally savvy and can switch quickly from strategic thinking to the tactical details to drive exceptional business results
Job Requirements
What you'll bring

5-7 years of business experience, including expertise in the Product Marketing function, supporting complex marketing strategy development and cross functional execution
Customer-focused: tenacious about peeling the layers to understand customer behaviors, barriers, and beliefs and passionate about delighting customers at every touch point
Accountability: A clear track record and commitment to delighting customers and driving results, through rapid iteration and learning
Strategic and analytical thinker: Energized by mining complex data for insights, and application through hypothesis-based thinking
Experience with a variety of marketing disciplines including digital/mobile marketing, direct marketing, acquisition and customer management
Ability to define strategies based on business goals & customer insights, lead with hypotheses and translate them into actionable tests & implementation plans
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of focusing on high impact activities & driving initiatives through to execution
Strong facilitation and influencing skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functional initiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and fast-moving environment
Expected to be able to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing (& growing) priorities
Comfortable with marketing math; forecasting, CAC, LTV, etc

How you will lead
Development of the 1 and 3 year go-to-market strategy designed to drive growth of our TurboTax DIY product portfolio
Development of customer personas for our Online product offerings that provide rich insights for our brand and product management teams
Drives retention marketing strategy - working in close collaboration with our direct response & product teams to improve push and email capabilities and drive active users
Uncover qualitative and quantitative customer insights and leverage deep empathy to drive decisions and influence product experience
Partner with Product Management and Experience Design teams to deliver your strategy, influencing roadmaps and advocating for experiences that drive consideration and performance results
Consideration of the end-to-end customer experience for his/her offering by liaising with product management and GTM team
Work cross-functionally to drive an integrated GTM launch plan that includes communications, channels and creative including management of the marketing budget
Understand success metrics and have the ability to articulate and prioritize analytics requirements to solve the most important problems
Engage with the other functions; sales, finance and accounting as required.
Drives weekly analysis to understand and communicate business performance and to guide the business on levers & adjustments to achieve the annual plan
Experiments, by developing clear hypotheses, running A/B in-market tests, using data analytics to interpret test results, rolling out test wins, and implementing improvements to drive results.
