Our team is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our brand management, marketing and sales efforts and facilitate cooperation between these domains.
You will have a strategic role leading and coordinating marketing, sales and customer success teams. You will plan, implement and manage high level strategies, but also set and monitor goals and objectives. Together with our sales and marketing teams, you will review and manage our channel strategy, coordinate effective campaigns, track budgets, OKRs and KPIs. Sharing information and presenting reports to management and the rest of the team is a definite part of your job. Another important task will be designing and maintaining processes that facilitate efficient cross-team communication. You will have support from business intelligence and other teams to make data-driven decisions. We will welcome your suggestions for product development, pricing, and customer service.
You will fit in well in the Toggl team if you have 5+ years of experience in a high-level marketing position. You have a solid track record of successfully building the brand of a SaaS company with 20M+ revenue. You are comfortable with a fast paced environment and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a group setting. You are data-driven and have strong analytical skills. This role requires leading a team of sales and marketing specialists and you should have experience leading and inspiring teams. You will succeed in this role, if you are self-motivated, have exceptional problem solving skills and remain composed under pressure. Excellent written and spoken English skills are a must, international and remote work experience is a plus.
