Job Description
We’re looking for a Production Graphic Designer to help us craft brand strategies into kick ass creative concepts and campaigns. You’ll need to bring your A game, have strong design chops and manage multiple projects at one time. We’re all about relationships so you’ll be working with some rad people across a bunch of departments, including the Brand Art Directors, Product Designers, Social specialists, Events partners and external vendors to bring our collective vision to life.
Job Requirements
Work and collaborate with both internal & freelance creative teams, including but not limited to, Art Directors, Designers and Copywriters, Creative Directors
Prepare and produce files based on supplied specifications for print, digital, social and event materials
Exhibit knowledge of general design principles and apply them to all work (layouts, colours, typography, hierarchy, etc.)
Make requests, changes and adjustments to files with limited supervision
Prepare materials for teams and clients including (but not limited to): proofs, mocks, slugs, etc.
Ensure that all files are organized and filed according to company guidelines

2-3 years of relevant industry experience
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Solution oriented troubleshooting of problems as they arise with internal teams and vendors
Exceptional organizational skills, especially with file management and archiving
Experience reviewing vendor specs and following trafficking requirements
Efficient and detail-oriented
Confident multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
