Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
In SMB Marketing, you’ll contribute to the success of businesses who use Google products. From strategy and brief through to execution and measurement, you’ll own marketing campaigns, and work with leaders within the company. You’ll also work with creatives in our partner agencies, devising new/innovative ways to help our customers. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving SMB marketing growth, helping agencies and their customers to succeed online. You will manage the strategy and execution of Google Canada SMB marketing programs in order to drive new business. The role is cross-product and cross-functional, you’ll work with global and regional marketing and sales teams, while reporting to the Head of Ads Marketing.

Shape the marketing strategy for the SMB Canada business, then bring it to life for our customers across a wide range of channels, including in-person events, email marketing, and thought leadership articles.
Develop a clear sense of market issues and our customers’ business needs and wants, then engage, develop and grow relationships with SMB advertisers.
Plan, implement and track acquisition of marketing campaigns and educational programs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Global and Regional Marketing, and vendors to develop and execute marketing strategies in priority areas of our business.
Collaborate with Sales and Regional Marketing teams to drive campaigns and goals.
