Job Description
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for telling the world the story of our solutions. You will be expected to be our chief advocate for our features sets and their benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You’ll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits is crucial. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the expert in buyers, how they make purchase and their buying criteria, and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

Key responsibilities
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our B2B stakeholder engagement cloud solutions.
Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of these products.
Product launch – plan the launch of new products and releases, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
Market intelligence – be the expert on our buyers (personas), how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and our differentiators.
Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for our solutions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or a relevant field.
5+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role.
Bilingual: excellent English & French written and verbal communication skills – there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
Excellent people skills to interact with staff and cross-functional teams, as well as third parties.
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. You will be at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
Willing to travel.
