Curious about what part of our product you’ll work on? 

You will work closely with your partners in Engineering and Design to help build remarkable tools for social media management. You’ll be building on a solid base: HubSpot is ranked #1 on G2 in this area. You’ll be building at scale, growing usage to hundreds of thousands of organizations and tens of millions of weekly posts. You’ll be charged with significantly growing both breadth and depth of usage, as we release social tools to a larger portion of our user base and as we deepen the connection between Social and our CRM platform.

Our Social tools are part of Marketing Hub, our flagship product, which is growing rapidly. We’re looking for experienced and passionate product leaders to create the tools that organizations rely on to build lasting relationships with their customers. You’ll transform how marketing teams of all sizes collaborate and work together, helping millions of organizations create, execute, analyze and improve with every marketing campaign they send. In this role you’ll get to:

  • Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically 
  • Influence social media practices of hundreds of thousands of small and medium-sized organizations, directly through building opinionated product and indirectly through your thought leadership
  • Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
  • Serve as an ambassador for HubSpot and our SMB customers in collaboration and negotiation with key social network partners, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
  • Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often
  • Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow

 
Job Requirements
We are looking for people who have:

Experience successfully launching social media products and/or products with integrations at their core
A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
The ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiences
A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
A desire to understand how HubSpot products work
The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment
An understanding of the competitive software space
