Job Description

The Paid Media Specialist will work with a wide array of stakeholders such as Paid Marketing, Sales and Content to push mainly paid social campaigns within the realm of our key products. The ideal candidate is a self starter, organized and has a high level of knowledge of digital marketing, focused on social campaigns. This role requires a “roll-up-your sleeves” attitude and can provide an excellent platform to grow further in the company.

 

Job duties and responsibilities: 

 

  • Identifies opportunities for tailored social campaigns
  • Manages and execute paid social campaigns from A to Z
  • Creative and audience optimization and analysis across social channels
  • Uses data to continuously measure and enhance campaign performance against KPIs
  • You are expected to be the expert and superuser on social campaigns from both a commercial- but also technical perspective
  • Monitor and report performance to stakeholders on all ongoing campaigns
  • Align content with relevant campaign topics, mainly Sports focused
  • Quality assurance in all aspects of marketing and content
  • Work closely with other departments and Commercial Product Leads to optimize the products’ commercial potential from a social perspective
  • Come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping your audience and market in mind
Job Requirements
Requirements:

Expert in Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Snapchat Ads for Business
Familiar with Google’s marketing suite such as Analytics and Ads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, any additional language is considered an asset
2+ years experience in social media strategic planning, content and creation ideally for a Sports related product
High ability to manage a busy workload according to deadlines
Genuine sports knowledge and interest
Work well in a team
A proven track record of working with different stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute and track from beginning to end


Desirables:



Knowledge and experience of iGaming industry
Understanding of affiliate marketing model
Basic knowledge of image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or similar
