Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Brand Activation team is looking for a dynamic individual with deep knowledge of the challenges advertisers face in evaluating media ROI, with particular expertise in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Ideally, you have experience working with or within large advertisers or agencies and the ability to navigate a complex, rapidly-evolving measurement environment. You should be adept at cultivating relationships across internal cross-functional teams including sales, commercialization, and analytics teams, as well as external clients, agencies, and measurement partners.

Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. You are passionate about all things digital, and want to help shape the world of online advertising.

Responsibilities

Leverage deep media, measurement (particularly MMM) knowledge to consult with clients on ROI drivers and optimization opportunities.
Deliver both recommendations and lead consultations and workshops with clients, agencies and measurement vendors to identify and action ROI optimization opportunities across Google media.
Develop and activate a strategy for scaling resources, tools, and processes for ROI consultation and optimizations.
Execute custom ROI-related research, leveraging 1st and 3rd party resources to evolve the measurement industry.
Influence adoption of Google MMM data center offering and influence internal product teams to enhance MMM Data Center offering, leveraging market feedback.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in digital advertising sales, product marketing or product management.

Preferred qualifications:

8 years overall experience in ads research, measurement, or analytics
2 years of experience directly related to Marketing Mix Modeling
Established experience and relationships with 3rd party MMM providers
Media (or Marketing) Mix Modeling experience, having worked with or for an MMM vendor, or with advertisers who use MMM or other ROI/ROAS measurement solutions
Working knowledge in advertising effectiveness and the brand measurement ecosystem; experience in at least one additional area of sales effectiveness, brand health/tracking or audience measurement beyond Marketing Mix recommended
