Job Description
The_ Marketing Manager_ will be responsible for the strategic objectives of the brand by assisting with market research, working with the Operations and Executive Team to create, manage and execute marketing and advertising strategies.

Primary Requirements:

Marketing degree and familiarity with the Restaurant Industry especially the QSR category.
Must be creative and fully versed in today’s digital culture with experience in creating on brand content for all digital communication.
Ability to Manage Brand Communication across all platforms including digital, social and in restaurant.
Ability to manage and improve online profile of the brand.
Ability to Manage Project Timelines and Work within a team environment
Ability to Work with internal and external resources to ensure development, production and fulfillment of requested marketing materials in a timely fashion.
Maintain Brand Standards in all Creative Initiatives and help guide Creative Direction.
Support all marketing and branding initiatives.
Must be goal focused and work with team to increase same store sales year over year by a minimum of 4%
Must be organized and detailed and have prior exposure to the creative and production processes.
Self-starter who can work independently on projects and can deliver results.
Role Responsibilities for Marketing Manager*:
Establish solid lines of communications with Operations Team and Training Team.
Manage Annual Marketing Calendar for the brand.
Create, schedule and monitor social communication strategy
Monitor all user-generated content in line with our company standards
Monitor Guest Feedback Online and Respond where possible with a goal to increase online profile of the brand.
Capture on brand and relevant content from the Field to be used in ongoing digital communication.
Measure the performance of social and digital content along with user engagement and providing ongoing recommendations for optimization.
Work with Delivery Platforms to Manage Marketing Efforts
Manage photography sessions with Operations Team support to highlight products and new initiatives.
Update Website with relevant current information, including new promotions, new openings and new news.
Be involved in creative direction of any marketing materials.
Be involved in all communication as it relates to Grand Openings for each new location.
Support Operations Team in all Marketing initiatives.
Manage press communication around new initiatives and grand openings.
For each opening support Operations and Training Teams in helping influence Guests understanding of the brand.
Manage and execute communication of email marketing campaign and increase member enrollment
Researching third-party content opportunities, facilitating approvals and uploading content to vendor platforms
Local Store Marketing plans and programs must be done in conjunction with the operations team, Determining their needs and ability to execute as well as timing is crucial to success with Local Store Marketing
Job Requirements

Marketing degree and an understanding of the concept and Familiarity with the Restaurant Industry especially the QSR category and changes to QSR category
Passion for the brand and a do whatever it takes attitude to propel the brand forward to become a leader in the category
Must be able to demonstrate organizational skills
Prior exposure to the creative and production processes.
A commitment to excellence and the desire to be recognized as one who truly delivers results.
Self-starter who can work independently on projects/leading the business. Ability to work autonomously without the constant need for direction.
Solid organizational and team leadership skills; able to establish priorities and clear deliverables and strong ability to multi-task.
Demonstrate social networking experience, social analytics tool knowledge and good understanding of major marketing channels
Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills
Demonstrate ability to think creatively and strategically and looks for innovative ways to accomplish brand goals
Demonstrate ability to solve problems, analyze data and suggest appropriate solutions
Strong eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Adobe Creative Suites
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year


Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
