STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Typically requires completion of a post-secondary program with an emphasis in marketing , plus 1-2 years of experience in marketing (preferably with a focus on retail grocery), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of marketing and project management.
Proven ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
Keen eye for detail with good follow-up practices.
Well-developed computer skills, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and decisive with a hands-on approach.
Customer skills including tact, diplomacy, discretion and relationship building.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Passion for food and interest in nutrition and healthy living.
Superior command of English language (both written and verbal).
Flexible schedule, including availability during evenings and weekends on occasion.
Fluency in French shall be considered an asset
