Alberta Blue Cross has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, results-driven marketing coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator with a great attitude and work ethic. 

duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate and implement corporate advertising campaigns for new product launches and major product campaigns.
  • Help plan, organize and develop advertising campaigns by setting priorities, setting up meetings with internal stakeholders and updating calendars.  
  • Assist in the production and management of all advertising materials for television, radio, print, digital and out of home advertising.
  • Provide research and insight into new advertising strategies to maximize the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising initiatives.
  • Support creative teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Job Requirements
Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, advertising or a related field.
Minimum of one-year marketing experience in a corporate environment or agency.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to easily build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented and resourceful.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple marketing tasks, projects and deadlines all without jeopardizing quality.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Strong project management skills, planning and problems-solving skills.
High proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
Excellent networking and relationship skills with demonstrated client management skills.
Project management experience.
Experience in using web analytic tools (Google Analytics).
