Job Description
The Marketing Associate role supports the business and its clients by ensuring that Marketing related activities such as Lead Generation, Learner Query Support, Campaign Management, Marketing Tool (Marketo) management, Analytics and Sales support are timely and in growth of the business.

The position holder must have the ability to communicate clearly with clients and within Moody’s. The position holder will be responsible for the following:
  • Managing inbound leads is a key responsibility of this role. This will include responding to emails and supporting B2C leaners in their decision to register for one of our public instructor led sessions.
  • Create weekly emails and set up in Marketo in support of Lead Generation.
  • Support Social Media activities as required.
  • Produce weekly, monthly & YTD reports for Sales and Management..
  • Work with external Marketing agency to review campaign performance and enhancements.
  • Work with Internal Teams and Sales on Upcoming Campaigns and co-ordinate creation of sales collateral.
  • Work with Web Support team to update Products, Product Cards, Certificates and other Client Facing Publications.
  • Work on Virtual Instructor Led Campaigns on a Quarterly basis. This includes website updates, email campaign, google ad and social media campaigns.
  • Support any Webinar related activities.
  • Work with internal team to review Public Seminar session performance and recommend schedules for the following year.
  • Work on accreditation related activities for the Banking OU
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s in Marketing or Marketing related field.
B2B and B2C product marketing experience
Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills who can also write copy, with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering each on time and on budget
Track record of taking initiative and driving projects through to completion
Superb people skills with a proven track record of success interacting with colleagues in cross-functional teams
Experience using marketing platforms such as Marketo to deliver online marketing and communications campaigns and build reports.
Some HTML knowledge to create landing pages
Independent and creative thinker who can bring new ideas and perspectives to existing products
Results-oriented and customer-oriented mindset, independent self-starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
