What you will do

  • Communicate a clear understanding of the global digital marketing strategy and create support for strategy with global marketing stakeholders
  • Support the Senior Manager by executing on the strategy by leading the communication with digital designers, agencies and vendors as necessary
  • Lead the internal Marketing Advisory offshore publishing team by demonstrating daily operational best practices and fostering a continuous improvement environment
  • Oversee the execution of KPMG Global Marketing campaigns on kpmg.com/xx and effectively manage ongoing content updates on the site, supported by a team of offshore content publishers
  • Drive dissemination of understanding of web best practices, guidelines and standards for sites and content, site design, functionality, usability, accessibility, campaign execution, etc. with marketers and external vendors
  • Participate in Marketing Advisory communication outreach including webinars, conference calls, learning & development sessions, etc. 
  • Plan effective publishing workflow management, prioritize team workload and resource scheduling (enabling the team to scale up their services as demand increases), and balance quarterly marketing campaign plans within the broader GDM roadmap
  • Enhance the KPMG brand by ensuring digital content on KPMG web platforms consistently conveys KPMG’s brand values. 
  • Deliver consistent reporting on operational output for senior audiences
  • Understand and provide guidance on how best practices in social media, web analytics, web design can be implemented on kpmg.com

 
Job Requirements
What you bring to the role
Minimum of five years of work experience in the development and management of B2B/professional content and a minimum of three of those years working with online content and publishing team management
Editorial governance/publishing management expertise
Experience of online content management systems
Ability to understand and apply brand, risk and technology guidelines
Experience with Adobe tools, would be an asset
Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders
Confident and assertive with excellent influencing and persuasion skills
Significant personal presence and excellent networking skills
Flexible and able to operate in the context of very different cultures and national approaches and ability to work a flexible schedule to interact with colleagues in other time zones around the world
Diploma or undergraduate degree preferably in a digital-marketing related qualification
