The Digital and Social Marketing Manager will be accountable to manage and optimize all digital channels for the Teranet brand in order to support revenue growth opportunities for the VAS organization.
This individual, with High-level ownership, will be the main liaison between risk, legal, compliance, privacy and security for all our digital platforms. In addition, the Digital and Social Marketing Manager will be accountable for the optimization and modernization of the corporate website, and all product websites across the organization.
The Digital and Social Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to develop all social media platforms and social media strategies, as well as supporting all lead generations strategies and technical best practices.
Digital Platform Management
Work with internal stakeholders and partners to determine needs and capabilities of website redesign and ongoing management. Includes but not limited to: lead generation capabilities; CRM and measurement capabilities and Teranet brand reputation management.
Lead and project manage the modernization of all Teranet websites
Oversee all architecture and backend requirements by working closely with our vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
Manage ongoing website updates, analytics, SEO & inbound traffic generation, and other development efforts to strengthen our web presence.
Perform testing and troubleshoot issues as needed to seek out effective resolutions.
Continuously look for ways to enhance our website through new value-added functionality, analytics capabilities, or integrations over and above existing capabilities.
Solid understanding & execution of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices and strategies
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network & digital presence
Working with Marketing Managers, maintain editorial calendar and regularly update and maintain company Blog, as part digital strategy
Social Media Strategy and Execution
Assess current social media presence and provide strategic recommendations based on industry best practices for B2B organizations that will improve overall customer engagement
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and create a regular publishing schedule
Define most important social media KPIs
Create, manage and oversee social media content creation including cross-collaboration with other influencers online, and other innovative approaches
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels)
Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
Reporting and Analytics
Oversee social media analytics, reviewing industry trends and campaigns and develop recommendations to inform program development and business planning initiatives
Actively listen and engage in relevant social discussion about Teranet, our competitors, and the overall industry
Work with internal teams, including legal, to develop and implement tools to facilitate campaign creation and execution
Oversee social media analytics including campaign KPIs, review industry trends

Risk Management and Compliance
Understand requirements and monitor overall compliance to all online policies, procedures, and brand guidelines for any/all Teranet online properties identifying areas of concern to be actioned or escalating as needed
Provide quarterly reporting to leadership team on customer engagement metrics and ROI for Marketing activities
