To achieve our goals, we're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This leader will partner cross-functionally to play a critical role in demand generation: planning and forecasting, testing designs, implementing and analyzing campaigns, and performing continuous optimizations.
ROLE π©π½π»π¨π»
- Create and execute funnel initiatives and experiments across multiple channels (paid, organic, referral, invites) to improve rate of individual user acquisition.
- Determine growth marketing and demand gen strategy, goals, and approach.
- Identify and prioritize experimentation roadmap to drive more signups.
- Work cross-functionally to develop seamless processes and operating rhythms around experimentation design, launch, evaluation, and conclusion.
- Lead strategic projects in growth marketing including forecasting, infrastructure upgrades, and quarterly planning.
