Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing


You will be responsible for providing creative and design support primarily for the frontline teams comprising of Banking centres,  Mobile Mortgage Advisors and Mobile Investment Consultants. You will assist by providing customized template creation of print and digital/social media to meet the local advertising requirements of the frontline.

How You’ll Succeed


Advertising Support – Develop and deliver effective and timely output across multiple platforms (print/digital/social) to support the personal advertising initiatives primarily of our frontline teams to promote their services within their local communities


Brand development - Play a central role in the personal brand development of CIBC frontline employees including training and ongoing management of personal/local advertising templates and available support tools. You'll create conceptual and technical designs and work with our preferred vendor to develop and implement pre-approved advertising templates for teams across Canada


Relationship Management - Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, business development teams and vendors to ensure delivery of all collateral required to support a holistic personal and local advertising strategy across multiple platforms, while meeting all CIBC brand standards
