ADP is hiring a Director, Digital Marketing Programs. As part of ADP's digital marketing team, this position is responsible for the strategy, development and implementation of digital marketing programs to drive sales and business growth for our Canada market. The ideal candidate will be able to think both strategically and tactically to effectively deliver performance across our various businesses in this market.
Strategically drive effective marketing campaigns and programs, digital strategy and promotions to support segment sales, revenue growth, and client retention.
Develop and implement effective go to market approaches for all market segments, clients and channels.
Responsible for the development of key success metrics to drive opportunities for sales, leads and cost efficiencies
Build adaptable multi-media mix programs that are consistent with the brand and key messages
Partner with design and development teams to build out strong digital experiences to improve prospect experience and buying funnel
Leverage data and analytics to drive marketing insights to contribute to initiatives and programs that deliver the highest impact
Continuously and systematically optimize digital channel portfolio, developing testing plans and strategies to drive business forward.
Utilize competitive intelligence and market trends to help differentiate ADP, and drive communications that highlight for clients and prospects ADP's major differentiators
Leverage various 1st and 3rd party data sets to impact and modify marketing programs
Develop and measure key metrics around the business unit's "client decision journey" in areas of client acquisition, sales conversion rates, and renewal rate
Manage various agency and partner relationships to ensure balance of internal and external resources.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in education.
Experience working in global companies and /or international experience preferred
Leading revenue generating campaigns yielding in financial growth
Minimum of 7-10 years in a marketing or program marketing role and knowledge
Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) would be an asset.
Mix of consumer and B2B experience preferred
Knowledge of SEO and SEM space desired
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to analyze, identify opportunities and determine strategies based on those opportunities.
Proven leadership skills, with a knack for building, motivating and influencing others.
