We are looking for an energetic, creative, product-driven and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You’ll have global impact as you define our customer journey in the digital world and work directly to shape our existing & upcoming digital platforms. Your role will have you collaborating with every department here at Freshii in addressing business challenges with a focus on our digital presence, mobile app, loyalty and CRM. But that’s just the basics. In a nutshell, here’s what the role entails:

  • Attribution modelling to Same Store Sales and other KPIs (incremental cheque size, frequency, day, part, etc.)

  • Build and execute on all digital channels (App, web, email, kiosk, paid social & search)

  • Work alongside the technology team and external agency to shape the Customer facing App experience

  • Execute calendar campaigns and non-calendar campaigns (e.g. customer acquisition and anti-attrition) across our own digital platforms and the broader digital space (e.g. Paid Social, SCM, and Ads)

  • Testing and analytics – we’re always iterating based on data!

  • Media buying and channel allocation, geo/customer targeting, and execution

  • Foster a culture of measurability and delivering them to the right stakeholders with a focus on the story that that the data tells us and the action-ability of the insights

  • Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches and methods and help establish success metrics and KPI’s

  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues

  • Be extremely detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently among multiple campaigns and daily tasks, and be able to work effectively under pressure

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing attribution

  • Work with Brand, Regional, Creative and Tech teams to deliver exceptional results on all digital campaigns in order to drive foot traffic to our stores.

Job Requirements

5+ years hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Particularly Google Analytics)

Familiarity with Tag Management Systems such as Google Tag Manager

Wizard level knowledge with digital marketing tactics including online media (display, search, social, email, SEO), CRM, mobile apps and hands-on experience working with related data

Solid knowledge of statistical analysis principles

Ability to articulate complex findings into concise, persuasive arguments in both formal and informal conversations

Ability to use SQL to extract, manipulate and discover insights in large data sets

Previous start up experience is desired
