Digital Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to Director Digital Marketing, this entry level support role will help Amica’s Digital Marketing team with on-going development of new email marketing campaigns, quality assurance and testing for all new digital initiatives, monitoring inquiries from social media and website requests; while developing further transparency at the residence/regional levels of sales.
This position will:
Work with digital marketing and data teams to refine regional dashboards.
Provide analytical support with a key focus on campaign trafficking, audience insights, reporting, analytics and coordinating other digital campaign-specific tasks.
Foster communication between our sales, production, and data teams.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team by assisting with various digital marketing duties using tools such as SEMRush, SessionCam, MOZ, Sitecore (Content Authoring) and Eloqua.
Work with the Digital Marketing team to track lead generation and brand awareness campaigns with an omni-channel strategy.
Cleanse database list exports for the use email marketing campaigns
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks for all new email campaigns, webpages, new functionality on amica.ca and testing of new digital strategies before they are implemented.
Work with Web Content Strategist to measure/monitor on-site user behaviours in order to find gaps in content, conversion rates and/or on-site user experience issues within pre defined strategy for campaigns built in SessionCam/HotJar
Email campaign development, using set templates to build and QA campaigns.
