Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Digital Implementation Analyst, you will contribute your expertise in all aspects of Indigo’s analytics implementation, including driving a roadmap of investments to our analytics tool stack, ensuring the analytics and reporting needs of the business are met, and championing our data collection practices. This is a high data-and results-driven role that acts as a subject matter expert for Indigo’s web analytics, and leveraging data to deliver great experiences to our customers.

Work closely with Product Owners and agile development teams to implement analytics strategies at the onset of feature build, and seeing things through to delivery
Ensure alignment of data structures (eVars, props, events) across multiple reporting suites, and lead efforts to integrate data from multiple sources into the Adobe reporting suite
Support ongoing refinement of processes and documentation governing all aspects of Adobe analytics tagging, implementation, QA and reporting
Create dashboards and reports, ensuring a continued focus on outcomes over outputs
Support an ongoing roadmap of analytics improvements by identifying recommendations to improve data structure and driving ongoing investment in tooling
Work directly with a broad group of key stakeholders to support decision making and offer insights that help drive overall departmental goals and objectives
Clearly communicate findings from requests for analysis of data, adding deeper insights and ensuring proper interpretation of results
Collaborate with others to drive flexible and iterative solutions, quickly and easily
Share technical knowledge with others and actively seek to learn from those more knowledgeable than yourself
Support driving the Indigo analytics practice to the next level by constantly pushing the status quo and upskilling others around you on analytics best practices
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS

WHO YOU ARE:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, business, mathematics, or related field
At least 2-3 years of experience with companies, agencies and/or client-side using digital analytics tools, developing tagging requirements, analyzing data for data quality issues, cross-partner QA both pre- and post-launch, ensuring accurate data flow into Adobe Analytics, Analytics Premium and Adobe Target
Clear understanding of the data layer, tracking variables, scope, properties and functionality and experience with mobile app analytics implementations
Adept with at least one Tag Management Solution such as Google Tag Manger, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Ensighten, Signal, Tealium or TagMan
Proficient with tag auditing tools such as Fiddler, Charles, ObservePoint, WASP
Experience with front-end web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery).
Proficiency making data visualizations and dashboards using tools like DOMO, Tableau, or Qlik
Experience working on customer or end-user-facing digital experiences leveraging Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kan Ban)
Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate/negotiate with various technology and business stakeholders, comfortable with asking the tough questions to ensure the success of organizational projects
Excellent verbal and written skills to be able to communicate effectively to both a technical and business audience at the senior leadership and the working level
Exceptional organizational and time management skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a demanding environment
A drive to understand the relationships between data and activities, draw conclusions and use critical thinking to validate/verify outputs
