The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Digital Content Marketing Specialist for our Digital Marketing Team within our Home Office located at 116 Nature Park Way in Winnipeg, MB.
As a Digital Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the storytelling and copywriting of our digital channels including email, marketing automation, social media and online advertising

As a Digital Content Marketing Specialist, you will:
Act as the social media lead on our primary channels (Facebook and Instagram), and develop strategies to grow secondary opportunities (Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Write, edit and/or proofread copy for digital marketing campaigns, product launches/spotlights, emails, social media posts/stories, and other marketing communication materials as required.
Grow our social presence by engaging and inspiring our target audiences, while maintaining a professional and consistent brand voice.
Research industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, including evaluation of new platforms.
Collaborate on opportunities to create in-store experiences.
Project manage social activations and events including budgets, negotiations & contracts, administration, timelines, set-up, implementation and final analysis.
As a successful candidate you will have the following:
A degree in a related field (marketing, creative communications)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding of social networks (especially Instagram and Facebook) and experience inspiring and growing an engaged audience.
Excellent organizational, analytical, time management and planning skills, along with the ability to work well alone, and within a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and photo editing software
