Job Description
Making sure our customers are happy and successful is part of our DNA, and we are looking for a dedicated Content Writer to join our growing Customer Support team. At Pixieset, we empower users through scalable self-help tools and personalized support. You will work closely with the Customer Support team to create and maintain content for our knowledge base, internal product guides, support communications, and more. You will learn the Pixieset platform inside out and create content that will help over 500,000 professional photographers worldwide to be successful with Pixieset.

Your responsibilities:

Write content for our knowledge base, internal product guides, support communications and more.
Create, revise and proofread content as needed.
Write and maintain templated responses for email support
Collaborate with product managers and customer support to identify and close gaps in our knowledge base
Stay up to date on new product features and improvements
Help shape our content writing processes and culture
Help with ad hoc content for copy for product features, email newsletters, marketing campaigns and more.
Help answer customer support emails when needed

Job Requirements
We are looking for an excellent writer and a storyteller at heart, someone who understands the importance of content hierarchy, clear messaging, and the power of words. Ideally you are passionate about writing and ready to help shape the way our content impacts everyone who reads it.

Ideally you:

2+ years of experience in content writing, content strategy, knowledge management or a related position in a technical customer support environment
Have proven experience creating and managing written content for knowledge base and documentations
Have excellent writing skills and thoroughly enjoy writing/creating content
Experience in a client-facing or customer support role
Self-driven and able to prioritize time effectively. You'll be responsible for doing amazing work when no one is watching.
Feel excited about working in a small and growing team that shares a passion for technology and photography
(Bonus) Familiar with professional photography workflow and software
