About the Role:

As Copywriter, you take the responsibility for communication in our recruiting marketing for our American English speaking customers.

You will write articles to share information about the healthcare industry, and also describe what it’s like to work at CBH in support of our recruiting efforts. You will publish on our blog, marketing web site, social media accounts, and internal platforms. 

We are currently looking for one full-time copywriter in American English. Our application process is completely remote and the position can be filled regardless of your location. Please share a portfolio that includes work samples, salary expectations and your earliest possible start date.

Your Mission:

You will support CBH in providing valuable information to nurses, CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) and healthcare staffing directors, as well as prospective job candidates curious about our mission.

Together with our technical recruiting and marketing teams, you will identify new industry trends and article ideas from surveys, interviews and market research to share useful information that benefits our customers and convinces job prospects to apply here.

Your mission includes:

  • Writing informational blog posts for our “wiki” and for our “blog”
  • Creating posts and ads for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit and other channels
  • Creating visitor-facing a/b-tests on our platforms gaining deep understanding about our prospective customers
  • Close cooperation with our technical recruiting and marketing teams to get the best results for our customers and hiring managers
Job Requirements
Your Profile:
You are experienced in writing mid-length and long-form informational articles, as well as pithy social media updates, and have the ability to create and produce large volumes of copy and creative work in a short amount of time.

In addition, you bring the following characteristics:

English at native level
Strong writing and communication skills
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Customer insight generation skills (understanding the needs, pain points, hopes and dreams of customers)
